There's no completely fail proof way of doing this though. Plus fares did have a problem with Al before he started ripping everybody and Al was selling under a different username when he ripped everybody so he wouldn't have built a good rep

I like mbs/MrBigStuff/Adam/../'s approach - think of it as stupidity tax. AL is surely the exception rather than the rule, and if you buy off newbies you know you're taking a risk.

I don't actually think i've been scammed though, although I agree a system should be set up. I just think people should be honest when it comes to selling. If you don't think you can send an item out straight away, tell the buyer, inform them and keep them updated. The seller I am dealing with at the moment, and he is a well known reg, tells me my item was sent first class recorded on Tuesday (a week after I actually bought the item), obviously that isn't the case as I still haven't received the item. No one is that busy they can't pop to the post office, I just think if you have time to come on here and 'bump' your thread, take pictures and add them to your sale and head out and buy more clothes and take pictures of them and upload them here and you are willing to take someones money, then you have enough time to get to a post office. You can't blame the postal strikes either. I bought a belt from Japan last thursday and thats turned up today! So no excuse really, if you are entering in to selling an item, make sure you have the time to finish the transaction.

What happened with the other sites Al ripped people off on?

Was there similar witch hunts or is it a FUKLUSIVE?

I think a feedback system of some sort would be good - I always tell people I sell to when I will send and I don't think I've ever let anyone down. I have only waited for something once on here, it's not that I don't think I'm going to get it it's that I'm excited expecting something to arrive and if it doesn't I get fucked off

Seenmy for selling me some trousers stating they were a 32" leg but were actually a 30". After contacting him he said he would refund me if i couldn't re-sell them on here. Couldn't sell them so i mailed him but got no reply. That's the Fuk spirit.

Hi guys,
I've only just signed up to this site but I noticed this thread after a friend of mine pointed it out.
To put it in one sentence, ALEX ESGUERRA FITZ-SIMMONS is the biggest cunt I think I have EVER met. He lies so much he can't remember what he's lied about so he fucks up his story.

He used to work in Adidas on Oxford St. then worked at Size? and said he "left" not get fired. He does updates for www.wearehq.com now and I've emailed in stating my situation and the "coach" of the site is trying to help but I haven't had too many replies as of yet.

Still trying to get my refund also. I did have his address but can't find it anymore, I know he lives in Fulham though and I do have his mob no.

He's also on facebook but he deleted me yesterday as I emailed in to wearehq stating the situation. He said if I emailed wearehq that I'd never see my £200 again Sad

Everyone should contact weareHQ so they know the extent. Would look really bad for a site like that to be associated with someone like AL, and not really fair on the other peoples names/work he may tarnish by association…

He's just a blogger though so surely they won't do anything except kick him off, at most have his email address. Anyway you have his actualy real address so why doesn't someone shop him in to the police.
