Didn’t know where to put this.
What’s the best approach to clean canvas (and laces), especially Cons? Picture related

Ps.: Got these recently, can highly recommend…

Use an old toothbrush with the JM solution to work into harder marked areas. Wash the laces separately. Use soap and rub the laces together in your hand, rinse and drain excess water off Smiling

Find converse laces hard to clean as the metal eyelets leave black markings allover. Best would be a combination of what meatease says and then throw then into a mesh bag for a wash cycle. Might just be easier to buy new laces alltogether as Ive never had them look as good as new.

Worked a treat on most of my sneakers. Thanks again for the hint!
Ruined my 70s cons though with weired coloration, anyone knows why that happens? Dye? Gue?

Picked up some Skagways off Fb for a decent price.
There are a couple of dark marks which I wouldn’t mind cleaning off if possible. Material is suede. Almost too much fucking info on how to clean and what to buy on t’internet. Best way to approach without making the marks worse?
