Nah I get that, I meant it's the type of faddy thing the gullible readers of those types of magazines buy into.
There's no evidence to show it offers any health benefits. I suppose if someone feels better for having it then fair enough, but I'm not buying the "it's good for my eczema/insert condition' line, they go back because they like the feeling of a tube pouring water up their arse.
And if you was a fatty, I doubt you would see any weightless as it's not flushing fat out
