Anyone know if the EU - Canada CETA free trade deal means that personal imports won't get hit for import tax?

Just brought a some tees from the USA, $133 for the tees, then $50 shipping. Am I going to get stung at this price and if so, any idea what it will likely be? Will I avoid fees if seller marks as gift, value below $39? Thanks

Always get them to mark down. A value of 30 dollars and marked as a gift is normally ok for me in France. I always choose normal post too, not courriers. Not sure about the UK though.

Wanting to order from Ssense, the item I’m after says near the price “Taxes and Duties included” just want to make sure I won’t get stung by any additional fees etc?

Any help appreciated, not had anything from Ssense before.

Does exactly what it says on the tin.

I ordered some CPs last summer and didn't get stung as the duties are already paid up front to DHL. Really quick shipping as well.
