Today's stage should be incredible, it's now or never for team Ineos and there are some really hard & steep climbs to attack Alaphilippe. Got to fancy Quintana be cooked today after yesterday's herculean effort.

The Col de L'iseran section will be amazing and there will be attack after attack on there.

Dream scenario Ineos drop Alaphilippe early then Bernal & Thomas duke it out for supremecy.

Froomey must be gutted as this stage is perfect for him and if he was in Thomas / Bernal's place you would fancy him to blow everyone away on the steeper sections

Oh shit, had no idea they've been showing it live, thought they just had the highlights.

Thanks!

Gutted tbh as Alaphillipe is insane on the descents

Bernal must be on cloud nine

To be fair whatever time Alaphillipe would have made up on the descents he would have most likely lost on the final climb but still, for Bernal, massive result.

Will Brailsford allow Thomas to attack Bernal tomorrow? Doubt he has the legs anyway but would be amazing if he does

Really enjoyed this years Tour de France. Nice of us Brits letting another nationality win it. Any nationality but French that is. Laughing out loud

Been riding a hybrid for a couple of years now but want to do a triathlon next year so I'm looking at getting a road bike. I've no idea what to look for, any recommendations? Going through cycle to work so needs to be under a grand, but would prefer closer to £500.
