I live in Berlin so will mostly likely get stolen but recommendations welcome.

Fuji feather? I think rrp is 500€ but you might be able to get a previous year's model for less. Otherwise you could check ebaykleinanzeigen for second hand deals.

I also live in Berlin and bike crime is bad here but you should be OK if you're careful. I've had that bike as my city bike for the last 5 years and it hasn't been stolen yet, but I do use 2 locks, keep it in my flat and would never leave it long periods in dodgy areas, especially overnight.

These style-over-substance bike startups are highly dubious.

Decathlon bikes are highly rated and cheap as chips

On behalf of a mate looking for a second pair of bib shorts. He has a pair of the Rapha Core Cargo and has been looking at POC, Maap and Eliel (he says these might be a bit out of his price range though). Any other suggestions/sales/websites you can suggest are most welcome.

The Dolan has track geometry so not ideal for urban riding.

It would be far less comfortable and far less safe (possibility of toe overlap) than a bike with more trad design like the Fuji or Dec

I have one, its great value for the price but yeah agree the geometry is pretty racy. I've counteracted that somewhat with a short stem and riser bars and rides pretty well now. Planning to use it in town over the summer (or was!)

Sport Pursuit always have deals on. The brands you mentioned (except for Eliel, not heard of that) are bucks

Sick! Why would anyone want to willingly wear second hand bib shorts that have been in direct contact with a strangers sweaty balls and arse?!

Save up and buy new FFS

I think he wants another pair, not a second hand pair?

Sigma always had a good lot of MAAP. Agree that it is $$$, but is very nice. Would always recommend Assos for Bibs tbh.

I know there has been a couple of posts on here recently about this but wanted more opinions.

I want to update my spring cycling outfit (literally just a jersey and old castelli arm warmers atm).I was thinking a merino wool base layer and LS jersey but a mate of mine said he preferred arm warmers because you can take them off of you get too warm. The ones I've had before have been really uncomfortable so it's sort of put me off them a bit. Do you see the need for getting leg warmers know we are heading into summertime? LS jersey, merino base layer and arm/leg warmer recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks!
