this is the bike nerding i need to immerse myself in again. living somewhere without a garage/bike room has killed this for me

FCC filing has been made and approved for a new shimano wireless module and rear derailleur, will see in 180 days when the details are no longer under NDA the specifics but it’s thought to be dura ace 12 speed. Maybe a TDF release bundled up with shimanos 150 birthday celebration.

I do miss those secret buttons from di2, be nice if you could use blips on AXS from similar,

Got round to fitting a D-Fly unit this weekend and upgraded all Di2 firmware, can now connect to my Garmin 530 via Ant+ and have set the hidden buttons on the hoods to scroll through screens, switch backlight on & off and start / stop timer and well as display Di2 info (gear & battery %age). Latest etube software update is pretty decent and feature-rich, good overview here.

+1 on exposure, although I currently use rear only (TraceR).
Got a Cateye Volt 1200 upfront, it's like having car headlights on my bike but overkill for most rides tbh, want to get a smaller 'be seen' light. Might get a matching Trace, also like the cleanliness and form factor of this.

PSA Would avoid Moon. Bought one of their Moon Nebulas, broke within a week, and customer service is essentially non-existent. Owned ultimately by Raleigh, but they'll pass the buck to the actual company, who are based in China, who'll pass you back to Raleigh etc and website is utter shit.
Back to using my Lezyne Zecto Drives, but will go Exposure next time I need a set.
