the others all ended up relying too much on the film makers doing something special. he just kept his nice and simple and all about the STUNTZ.

Looking to get an idea of the average speeds, time etc. you need to be pushing over certain distances at different levels.
Either direct knowledge or a good link would be mint. Ta. Anyone here know a bit about TTing.
What sort of thing you want to know Skinny? If you want to be a top boy you'll need to be riding out and back dual carriageway courses and knocking out sub 20min times for 10 miles and sub 50mins for 25 miles. You'll need a full on TT rig with a rear disk wheel, aero helmet and that sort of thing.
Then again, if you're just starting out, you need to set some more realistic targets. Tell me more and I'll tell you what sort of times you want to be aiming for.

What it really is mate is that they all just seemed like utter cunts. Bear in mind this is just from what I am seeing and hearing with my own senses via a video on the Internet of a few seconds of each of them so dont take too much offence. The justification at the start just sounds hilarious but I know ef all about bikes (and I have a 'fixie' because its marginally cooler than a normal bike, the real reason we all do) so it def isnt about 'I did fixie first' or 'your just scenesters'.
i think it's the way in which the video is done or edited, maybe just for the trailer, seems real pretentious, but not even in a fresh way, seems like same old same old

Most decent bike shops will do a full strip down and clean of all components, eg the Born Again Servicing at my local shop, so just find a decent bike shop near you and see if they offer it.

Is there any such thing as a bike cleaning service?
