So information has been provided, and you choose to use a tweet from a nobody about a nobody? My view is atleast critical thinking from information I have obtained, and I presented my view while citing examples. Expressed fully, and explained thoroughly to our conversation.

Facts and critical thinking are no longer important in this society.

Just dismissals, cognitive dissonance, snarky retorts, memes, and group think.

This back and forth between me and you isn't necessarily me responding to you specifically, so don't take any of what I said in this thread personally to you, and that goes for everybody I responded to.

I mostly wanted to see how this dialogue would go, and it's gone exactly as I thought it would. We live in the information age for real, some call it Aquarius. There's a flooding of information, which goes with the characteristics of that sign in particular. Not all information is good. And as some of the responses showing this thread, information is extremely devalued.

We're actually in an information war. Cue The Alex Jones references. But you can definitely see with how people respond both online and in real life, if they are casualties of the information they receive.

So what are you doing about it real world then Sayword? Because I’m not sure spouting the message to a bunch of people in overpriced Japanese jeans (or Swedish bootcuts) is really doing very much for the cause.

couldn't agree more with you mate… it is evident everywhere nowadays but also clearly highlighted by the volume of anti-vaccine and worldwide dictatorship conspiracy nutters on this forum who seem to draw bizarre conclusions from limited/untrustworthy sources

If someone has a different view (Sayword) - why are they put into the buzz saw of being a nutter or “wrong” or “right wing” or “them” - cue videos and images of said people. Not long ago the lab leak theory was being banned by the digital government and said people called the same. People are being censored everywhere for having a different view or offering credible scientific and sociological/psychological commentary - and if it does oppose the narrative then just thrown into the buzz saw of agreed consensus or “anti vax racist homophobic trump nut job”.

I didn't name it that, it's literally the name people who weld power are using.

Cognitive dissonance is so bad that we can't even look at facts that are in our face anymore without having a bias to it.
Lmao have you actually read anything on that page? Where exactly is the worldwide conspiracy in:

"re-invigoration of science, technology and innovation, a move towards net zero transitions globally, the introduction of carbon pricing, re-inventing longstanding incentive structures, rebalancing investments to include more green investments, and encouraging green public infrastructure projects."

And while we're at it:

"…"stakeholder capitalism" will be tested as "companies will be judged by 'what they did during the war,' how they treated their employees, suppliers and customers, by who shared and who hoarded."[11] The "gulf between what markets value and what people value" will close.

In a post-COVID world it is reasonable to expect that more people will want improvements in risk management, in social and medical safety nets, and will want more attention paid to scientific experts."

Surely you've witnessed the growing job vacancies in the USA as people begin to push back working in shitty conditions for shitty pay?

If you've read The Divide you won't be a stranger to the UN's glaring flaws but mentally leapfrogging from the above to a global conspiracy to take away all our possessions and freedoms seems like the cognative dissonance you're referring to, no?

During a world crisis, the people who have power, including royalty from your country, get together, to discuss A reset, with an agenda that is fully being played out, from their syllabus a year ago, to world news today that you can literally connect the dots to, and you want to choose cognitive dissonance?
Can you be specific pal? Maybe some sources/links to these "dots" that are being connected?

No shade I just really don't get your points at all..help me understand

Which is the beauty of my post I made earlier:
Sayword wrote: Im paying attention to all the news. If you thought Australia was just shits and giggles, the new fascism is here. Oddly enough both fascism and stalinist socialism(social fascism) are running congruently.

Im just trying to put it all together. The world wanted trump out, and like I said literally a year ago, Biden would be worse, and its going to get worse.

You guys are going through it too, they are not letting this tragedy go to waste.

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/politics/priti-patel-david-amess-social-media-b1939775.html

That is a post warning about your (or UK) government, taking away anonymity. You don't know what the fuck I do, which is my point.

You don't see me posting my face, you don't see me posting my place, or house fixtures, cars, children, talking about my life.

You see me post fashion on a fashion forum. And Im still judged by that. You don't know what I do, and It shouldn't matter when I decide to express a view. You can take it or not. My life has nothing to do with anything outside of this conversation. I do A lot in real life.

Or I don't. What you think I honestly don't care cause its not relevant to this conversation, or a relevant opinion I give a fuck about in general.

And this is effectively what most people do today. There is no dialogue, its hardline trolling, demeaning, deflection, or writing off.

Just as governments had planned. Its too easy to be blamed as the authoritarian; so get corporations and the citizens to do the work for you. Years of partisanship and online troll/meme culture proselytized into mass trigger of barking and censorship. Repetition of the agenda, Inclusion via rewards, going along to get along, or be punished for stepping out of bounds.

Pavlov's Bell.

I would expound but people are aggravated enough in this thread, but I was to post, would you even care? You wouldn't take the information or respect the effort of me trying to have a sincere dialogue. A point I made earlier, hyper partisanship. I do respect the candor in your post but you and I know you don't want or care, you already have your view of the great reset topic. And I respect it, as I did everyone else who commented Mockingly once I brought it up. At least you had more to say than a few snarky words.
