got them direct from Fab Four, the geezers that make them: http://www.fabfour.co.jp/netshop/babe/showcase/list_btm001.html

You can't use the normal page to pay for international orders though so email Shinichi at babe_shopping@fabfour.co.jp who is the nicest guy in the world and will answer any questions you have at all about sizing, models, whatever and he'll send you the order form. Really great service, absolute pleasure to deal with.

The jeans plus the shipping came to 23 590 yen which is roughly £100. it hasn't shown up on my account yet so i can't tell you exactly what it came to. They marked it as a gift (they won't mark the value down) but the fuckers at customs / parcelforce still got me for £44.

So £144. Which is a lot but they are fucking awesome.

Follow two simple rules.
1) Ask for it to be marked as a gift, and
2) Mark a value of less than $35.

Both of those happen, you will be very unlikely to be hit by customs (whenever the sender has done this for me, I have never been hit on probably close to 100 items.

I was going to start a thread on this a month or so ago, but broke my hand and am just getting back to somewhere near normal typing speed.

i dont buy anything from abroad anymore unless they assure me they will do the 'no value' trick…the gift thing dont really mean fuck all if they put no value.

yeah exactly. you save a tiny bit. they wouldn't mark it down on value though. i can't really imagine why not? insurance maybe.

when they say that, i say as long as you send it needing a signature, i will take any insurance risks, if it doesnt turn up and we cant calim, thats down to me…cos stuff needing signatures very very rarely goes missing.

I agree.

Also, the pleasure from getting many, many bargains can easily justify an occasional errant package.

Theres nothing worse than bagging a bargain, then turning round and seeing HMRC hanging out of the back of you, sporting a malevolant grin.

haha yeah for sure but like i ranted a couple of pages back, you do accept that import charges and VAT as being valid, if very annoying. it's the fucking 'parcelforce handling fee' that does my nut. they get paid by the original carrier to handle the parcel in the UK, they shouldn't be allowed charge me £14 on top of that just to handle the customs payment. £1 maybe. cunts.

Nicky's forearm would be supporting the Import tax's fist/cock mate.

With the rise in importing of goods over the last few years there's only one way this is gonna go…
