the 5010s definitely are but they've got a pretty decent range of fits, although i think it's only the 5010 and the 5507 have the long inseams.

Some pics of a pair of 5010 6x6 raws. I had them hemmed by FabFour and I've not soaked them

These are a 32 waist. I got hammered by customs and parcel force on these (to the tune of 35% on top of the purchase price) so try to get them to mark them as a gift…

Cheers Colm, I'm 5' 11' and had them hemmed down to 85cm. The raws are supposed to shrink down by between 3 to 4% after a hot soak but I wont do that for a few months…

Cheers Noble, I float round most of the boards but don't post too much but I've been developing an expensive jean habit over the last few months.

I work as a seller (as the photos betray)

The service I got from FabFour was so good, they're also the only place you'll get the 6x6 5010's. Selfedge have the non 6x6 version.

Just work out a way to avoid the duty, kind of spoilt things a bit…

i'm gonna wash my jeans for the first time this w/e 'cos i spilt some chilli sauce down them & i reckon it's about time..

what's the best way to do it? bung it in the washing machine? cold wash & leave them to soak in the bath? warm handwash?

Going back to the stacking on raw Dior 19cm's has anyone else found that the excess material rubs together when you walk? This happened to my first pair and basically resulted in two or three smallish holes on the inside of both legs, made them look really scruffy…

if you can avoid it (i can't on mine), don't do the spin cycle or put it on the slowest spin setting (wool wash or something like that). get them out after the rinse if poss and hang them up to dry. it'll take a while but spinning fucks all the creases up.

this might be a bit odd, but thinking about it, i quite want to hand wash them to see how much indigo comes out of them.. i reckon i might just hand wash them in the bath & then use a brillo pad or something to get the sauce out

i'd just be wary of agitating one patch of them. unless you're really careful i think they'd fade a lot more on that patch. maybe rub the denim against itself.
