marv: the denim has a surplus of indigo dye on it and it just comes off over time. general rule: the cheaper the denim, the more the bleed. nudies will probably bleed quite a bit (although i've never had slim jim jps so i can't say for sure).

Rubbish.

The Sugarcane 40400N for example is known for turning hands blue on

contact - and they are far from cheap.

The list of expensive raw japanese denim that will ruin white leather sofa's is endless.

In fact my nudie's bled considerably less than Sugarcane, Samurai, PBJ and Skull.

cheers noble, going into town now will try that. Fingers crossed!

Yeah and Ruben is totally right. The jeans i wear most at the moment are my apcs and skulls, skulls being more expensive and bleeding about 10 times more…

most of the questions (removing chewing gum etc) have topics on superfuture - it might be worth putting a link up to this section http://supertalk.superfuture.com/showthread.php?t=12729 somewhere. i guess the answers on there are always gonna be pretty spot on.

Does anyoneknow of any places that stock pace jeans in London?

They have em on caliroots, but i'd like to try before i buy.

Liking those. Looking for some black jeans now myself so looking for ideas. Want some slimmer fit jeans (Not skinny!) and the Nudie Even Steven look about right but not sure if they do them in a black. anybody know? or can people recommend some jeans similar?

when i wore edwins (years ago! Eye-wink) i don't remember the waist shrinking at all (sanforised denim). they lost some of the bagginess in the legs, but the waist stayed pretty true (it'll just stretch back out anyway even if it does shrink up a little).
