I'd have it but i have a feeling you have very little doo-wop in that collection.

Not true. It's just alot easier to mix/beatmatch on direct drive.
Belt drive decks can be mixed if you use the pitch control and pull the record back by placing your finger on the edge to beat match. However, it's not possible (at least, with any degree of accuracy) to push the record forward.
Since you're in Edinburgh, it may be worth while saying there are alot of gabba/hard style DJ's in the area. Probably a few forums online set up by them. Always lots of gear being sold.

like i said you cant mix on belt drive decks
you need to be able to nudge your record, also you can't hold a record at a cue point and drop it in on beat,
ok you can fuck about and eventually get your beats together but you will never really be able to do what you want to do, you'll just get frustrated

I quite like the look of this, and seems more professional than other controllers on the market, using alongside serato seems good too. Does anyone use anything like this?
Also, anyone selling some 800's or decent pair of turntables for a decent price on here?

Pioneer are bringing out a Serato and a Traktor controller in Feb, both look good and have had good reviews, and are similar price.
