Am I to assume this face pulling is due to the effect of drugs causing 'gurning'. Ive heard people say that expression and was unsure what they meant?

yeah ive seen a guy with a bright white good smile at the beginning of the night, and end up with chipped teeth and a bloody chewed up mouth about 9 hours and 12 pills later…

tbh. thats pretty damn severe, but with narcotics, anything is possible….

Some quality stories on this thread. Between the ages of 14-18 I took loads of pills and acid, speed a few times (the worst drug ever), and temazapam and valium to come down. Now I just smoke grass, but nowhere near as much as I used to, and have a coke and booze bender about once a month. Just booze the rest of the time.

Best E/acid insanity I can remember:
- Me smashed on snowballs, back at a mates after a rave and the whole room got covered in a slowly spreading bright green gas.
- A mate on pills trying to use the phone and saying he couldn't get the caps lock off.
- Someone on pills thinking they were swallowing their tongue, and someone equally minced actually trying to pull their tongue out their mouth. Failing and calling the 24hr doc with the diagnosis, "It's ma mate, he's eh…fucked"
- Someone thinking a bank machine was an old Galaxian arcade machine

And loads more which my drug-addled memory has conveniently forgotten. Had loads of good times, a few bad ones but no regrets all in all. It's not for everyone though but I was a curious child (in more ways than one)!

That sounds like one of Nick's euphemisms. So I'll say…maybe, as long as you tell me what it means?

try telling that to my mate. when he drops he gets ridiculously horny and goes off chatting to every bird he can find.

how would you like this mashhead trying to chat you up?

People on here clearly have too much money than they know what to do with, be it spending £150 on a pair of pancakes, £700 Dior jacket or £100 on gear Laughing out loud (no insult btw)

All the drug use shocks me, Its only in the last year in plymouth ive seen old friends doing a minor ammount of coke. I must have come from a very isolated sheltered background.

I'm getting totally bored of drinking as it is, i can't stand writing off the day after.

honestly man,…

i grew up with the mentality that was going to the pub getting wasted throwing up then going to eros doing bare pills and smoking fist fulls of hash…that was spose to be a good time?

i always questioned it have only managed to get pissed a couple times and even then its kind of worthless

i duno when i go out i dont have er… time to drink?!?! if that makes sense not in the way most people do,.. i have a good time without it and rarely feel the need for it if at all, i dont feeel the need to drink. I only do when i fancy it, odd bit of brandy or whiskey, and maybe the odd guiness in the winter.

and yeh i agree what a waste it is speically if you get a dodgy gut the day after. its not worth it. I wana feel fresh and fukin raring every day. drugs are for wastemen only, or those with zero personalities/ interests in life

somtimes when i meet new people who are friends of friends, you know the ones that stand there with drinks in thier hand and nod and try and crack a tossy half arsed joke at you to break things up every now and again….

they're like supping this piss like beer dont even look like thier enjoying it, and they even look like thier bloating out as they stand thier sloutching in an uninterested fashion of everything with a droning stare that would make anyone want to kill them selfs.

these people are unfortunatly the sand that fills in the cracks of society lay fukin wastemen with nothing to say, i mean im not actually talking to them this is just my observations of friends talking or trying to talk between each other.

i know the pub is a place where people like to reeelaaxxxx after a full days work etc.. and okay that might be thier quite thing and thats fair enough,..but hardly anyone seems to really enjoy them selfs, all you see is miserble faces supping up with thier well trained supping lips..soooooo dullllll

may this boil down to how each individual likes to relax, whether it be smoking, drinking or intoxicating ones self in another manner…

what makes these things so relaxing and enjoyable, when they are so very very depressing habits i am definatly missing somthing and why dont i feel like doing it, i really am not very resiliant to things and il try anything if i t hink its benificial to me personally whether its self exploration and experiences…or not

i really just think it is a statement thing and to keep within thier social circle they must perform these tasks to keep within it MUST be that its beyond me anyway
