Sometimes, can often save abit online, especially if purchasing a few. But of course quality can be an issue, i much prefer to see and feel the product before comitting, everyones preferences are different.

I don't know if it is Byte.
Haven't bought any for a while. Last time i bought, I actually used ebay, I reckon go for that.
H&B don't stock melatonin.

Cheers Toast, Ebay looks the best bet, any advice on dosage ? I just need to get my sleep schedule corrected as it hasn't been right since new year.

Get the 2mg tablets. Try 1 or 2mg first night.
Next night, if you didnt sleep go up 1 or 2mg. Wouldnt exceed more than 6mg, it tends not to work at higher doses I've found.

Anyone know where I can get Ephedrine HCL from?

Used to get it in those Chesteze tablets but they stopped selling them now in UK.
