Basically what I sell costs me around £5 and I sell it for £60, yeah its abit dodgy but its so niche its hard to know what Im doing isnt very ethical. I have been selling on Ebay for maybe 7 years now and have had to go through around 15 Ebay accounts and will now be on to my 4th paypal account. This ebay and paypal account have been going for a while now and I built up over 200 positive feedbacks so it come totally out the blue, takes me about a month to set up a new paypal account aswell Evil

This has almost certainly been addressed here but where is there a link to contact ebay direct about problems with a buyer?

Basically I sold some trainers to a guy in Moscow, so we agreed on shipping in PM's, "I offer you £10 for standard mail I assure you this will suffice" so we went through it, I posted the trainers on the 30th of December and the other day I got a message asking for the tracking..

The only problems I can see is my original auction mentions recorded delivery (but to the UK) ..I even photographed the package before I posted it as I suspected something similar may happen, but I don't think a snap of a packet holds much water

But I want to go over it with ebay before the Russian has chance to take it further first..

The Russian post is terrible, stuff gets nicked all the time. If anyone is ever sending to Russia again, ask the buyer if you can send it to them care of the main post office in their area.

Much less likely to get thieved that way, and it's a common practice in Russia - they just go to the post office to pick up the parcel instead of getting it delivered.

Anyone ever used Alertpay, just used it for the 1st time. Put in my card details etc on which looked like a standard payment page and it then says you have to sign up for an account etc filled it all in and now there is no sign of my payment on the recent activity screen. So fuck knows if i have brought what i wanted. Pain in the arse

I've had this before. Seriously annoying. Just opened a new bank account so that I can start a new eBay and PayPal account.

So AAA, they asked for invoices and tracking numbers? I have about 40 items to sell. Do I have to send Royal Mail recorded so I can stop them limiting me then by giving them tracking numbers.

Getting an invoice shouldn't take long lol

You only get that above message if you sells lots of stuff/expensive stuff or they dont know exactly what it is you're selling

On a new paypal account also open a new Ebay account, or they will link to your old account and suspend.

Always send with a tracking number, its 70p more by royal mail or something like that and will save loads of hassle. When you start out after your first £500 or something paypal will ring you to confirm who you are, they call and just ask what your last transaction was. If you miss the call they limit your account until you send off a driving license or something simular, to get round this I usually get a Fuker to photoshop me some ID and it always works

If they ever ask for invoices, again these can be made online easy and they accept them without much fuss. Before starting your new paypal account make sure you delete cookies and change IP address or it will be linked to your old account. Also change your details slightly, so for your name say its Joe Bloggs, just do it as J Bloggs and if your address is 16 The Road, change it to 17 The Road or 16B The Road etc. The main problem you got to think about is them not linking your account to an old one

Also you dont need to open a new bank account everytime you get suspended/limited/closed. This is what I do

Open online card such as entropay. Set up a new paypal account with that, and use VOIP to register the landline.

Then when I get money in paypal I send it to one legit paypal account sending the money by gift. That way I dont need to worry too much is the accoutn gets limited as its easy to open up another one and I always have one legit account to withdraw the money from
