When ebay remove a listing for spamming do they return the fees you paid to list the item?

i know they dont have to refund them as it states "Forfeit of eBay fees on cancelled listings" for keyword spamming. But i think i may have been refunded for it in the past tbh.

"Offering PayPal as a payment method

Currently, PayPal is offered on about 95% of listings on eBay.co.uk. Starting in late April 2008, we will require all sellers on eBay.co.uk to offer PayPal on their listings."

The link should be right at the bottom of the page.

It seems to be pretty random though, didn't show up for me until yesterday.

In the meantime, you can search on ebay.com normally if you 'opt out' here first.

How do I cancel a woefully under performing auction? Quick, it's got about 22 mins left.
