yeah they really are good, so glad the old boss has left. this new is really changing things for the better. Ebay.co.uk lsitings to be shown on .com from may for a smal extra fee, and discount for business users on fvf's is also very good news.

Not entirely relevant but something to consider. I bought a car on ebay that needed a flat bed truck to pick it up. It was a pain, mainly for the seller, because they couldn't give me a time for pick up, only a day so he had to wait in all day. Your seller might not want to sell to you for the same reason.

Can anyone tell me a web site to check a bidders / buyers history for the last 4 months / 120 days.

I normally use goofbay, but it doesn't seem to be working right at the minute.

did you actaully receive the item or is it not as described?
in my experience, reporting something 'not as described' gets you knowhere, paypal only care about you receiving the item in the first place

Just want to add a bad / avoid seller in here.

justdeals-uk and their websiter http://www.justdeals.co.uk/.

They charged £7.25 claiming Parcelforce 48 delivery. (2 days)

After waiting 4 days I contacted them and was told
"Our listed delivery time of 10 - 14 business days is a conservative estimate"

Disgrace they charge £7.25 and it takes this long, when many companies give free delivery withing a few days.
- Also the tracking code they give you shows nothing on Parcel Force 5 days later.

I don't see how what they charge for delivery has any bearing on the speed of despatch. Whether they send the order the day after you pay or two weeks after you pay it will cost exactly the same. You're paying for the cost of delivery, you're not paying for them to send it any quicker. Granted, 10-14 days takes the piss but if they state that on their auctions then I don't see how you can complain

buying from a site that holds no physical stock and sources its goods from elsewhere is always going to have potential for delays unfortunately

just forget about it, where have you been for the last 5 years mate, living in a cave or what. there is no money in your paypal, so why the hell would you send them the fone?
no-one has ever recieved a penny in the history of the world for sending something to nigeria, what makes you think you will?
bet the winner is a zero bidder and its his/her fiance whos a doctor working in nigeria that they want you to send the fone to.

p.s this will happen to you up to a hundred times every time you relist the fone as well. (the only way around it is to 'delete bids' from anyone with less than 20 positive feedbacks every time they bid)
