my brother won a fake dior jacket on ebay 380015564342

he thought he was getting a bargain. i have no idea why, because its fucking hideous even if it was real.

he used my mothers account to bid, but has not yet paid (i have told him not to). how can we avoid getting a non paying bidder strike, and negative feedback?

just message him and say a mate who works for dior has had a look at it and says its defo fake, so you arent interested in it anymore. Tell him you wont leave a neg feedback and there shouldnt be a problem imo. He wont want a neg saying he sells fake gear.

just when things couldn't get any worse.

I tried to list some stuff last night, and got the error message, saying about my account limitation.

I phoned them this morning to say that given my positive feedback is over 220 for the last month with 4 neutral and o negative I think it is a bit harsh for me to be restricted in selling.

I was told that I had to sort the neutral and negative feedback out that had been left for me, by contacting the buyers, and asking them to mutually withdraw. If no action is taken on this within 30 days then I would be suspended indefinitely from ebay!!!!!!!!!

when i explained that i have used ebay for 7 seven years, have been a powerseller for 5, and that I always pay my fees on time, and this is the first blot on my record, but have taken active steps to resolve it, which can be illustrated in the positive feedback given I was told, "We aren't concerned about the positives. You need to remove the negative's, or your account will be suspended."

10 minutes of arguing later, i put the phone down in one of the most pissed off states I have ever been in.

words fail me about these total cunts.

they are really tightening things up. They are tryng to make ebay the safe place it should be really, not the fraudsters paradise its illustrated in the papers, and has been allowed to become over the last few years.

Im having a few problems myself listing items at the moment, wont let me list any branded items for some reason.

Getting and error message saying about having a verified paypal, but its all verified.

it has to be the same email address as the paypal address aswell, and linked to the ebay account. To stop you using the paypal account on more than one ebay account

Contact those buyers, try to offer them 5 notes to withdraw the feedbacks.

i sold a pair of converse on ebay over a year ago, and the buyer was from southampton, and worked for british rail, she said she would travel down by the train (about an hour each way) and meet me at the station to save on postage,
i got there checked them and they were a different size to the ones listed, and she was really angry, lol she took them in the end though
