It's not, I do it for my personal account. Definitely not a business seller as I still have the option of ticking "Returns not accepted", which you don't get if you change to a business account

I kicked off saying they has misled me buy not noting this nor showing it in the pictures. After emails back and forth they agreed to refund me once returned. I email today saying I have returned them, and they say we are sorry but the auction says no returns and that auction items may well differ from the photos a bit (wtf??)
going to set up an item not as described dispute and have copies of the emails saying they will accept the return+quoting distance selling regs, but is there a surefire way to guarantee i win the dispute since they have turned into total cunts
any help much appreciated bought some balenciaga clear sole trainers off italian ebay from an outlet seller, they arrived and the clear sole had yellowed from shop display, but the stock pictures they used showed a crystal clear sole.
Which seller?

It was just some display cabinets. I sold some wardrobes last week and the woman came, gave £8 more than she needed to because she got a god deal. Sold some cabinets for £3, the guy came and gave me a tenner. Sold some more cabinet's, sadly went for 99p and the guy came and just gave me a quid. If I'd have had some change in my pocket I would have given him a penny back.
