don't want to mess up getting a refund but it's a physical stores online outlet, they just sent this
"life is a wheel, what she does to me today, they will do in the future to you to greet"
because I returned an item that wasn't as described :S

Yes, name and shame.
Props to RAN - once ordered some shoes from there online and they phoned me and sent pics because it was an ex display pair with one shoe slightly faded so I did not buy them.
Good they did that rather than trying to pull a fast one.

Sold some shoes on ebay with the wrong size listed (looked like they said 7.5 but they're apparently size 7, width 5) gonna refund him but do I have to refund him return postage too?

You probably should do but eBay/PayPal will only refund the amount paid if he starts a dispute

there's a pair of redwing shoes up on ebay, bnib, product shots and all that, seller has 0 feedback, asked if he'd accept a buy it now offer, we agreed on a price, i asked for a few 'real' shots of the shoes; fella send me a couple more product shots, says he owns a shop and they are his photos, using this ebay as an outlet or something. don't know what to do, does it seem fishy? the listing states he accepts returns, and if i pay by paypal i should be good either way right?

Sold something on ebay just now, didn't state that I would only ship to UK, but didn't put any other postage options. Someone from Hungry has 'bought it now'. Can I cancel this and re-start the auction? Can't be fucked with the hassle.

So I won an auction for a laptop.. But I don't want it now, seen far better ones brand new on sale! I don't want to cunt my account of as I have stuff for sale at the moment, never not paid for an item, anyone been in similar situation? it's early enough that I could start a new account

You'll get an unpaid item strike if the seller complains. I think if you rack a few up they close your account. Oh, and you won't be able to get into America. Other than that, don't sweat it.

For starters, was his address "confirmed" by PayPal?
