After careful consideration of this case, we've decided in favour of the
buyer.
PayPal has determined the buyer should receive a refund. Due to the unique
circumstances of the claim, and your PayPal account history, we will refund
the buyer on your behalf. Your account will not be debited.

What were the unique circumstances of the claim? I had a weird one recently. Somebody bought something, claimed it was faulty, sent it back with half of the product missing. I uploaded a photo to PayPal and they decided in my favour within ten minutes. The email said something along the lines of "we have decided in your favour due to the good standing of your account"
Very low risk of the payment being reversed BUT there are charges involved and if they don't tell the bank that they want to pay the charges at both ends, you'll end up lumbered with a fee. Also, make sure they pay in your currency, not theirs, otherwise you'll get charged something ridiculous for the exchange

Cheers robii. Always gone through PayPal before but this guy doesn't have a PayPal account and seems genuine (don't they all!!) I'll tell him to make the payment in GBP

just a day or 2 late sending an item and got this message lol ebay's full of cunts
Hey man, you didn't answer my question. Why haven't you sent the jeans yet? You're supposed to ship it within 2 business days after the payment. I sent the payment on 25th, it's the 27th and almost 28th now. Send the item today as stated in your listing please. I noticed you reply to my other message… which I sent on the 21st. This is awful communication and it will reflect on your feedback.
