eBay usually sent me emails everyday for new items matching searches that I have saved. Not had any emails for 3 days, anybody got the same problem?

I refuse sales all the time when I get certain messages, sometimes you can tell the people who are going to do a not as described claim before they even bid.

Totally… I think some make a career out of trying to get a discount for no reason

There's no options to change postage. Is that because I've already got bids?

Ordered something from Korea via eBay and they sent it about 3 weeks ago. Tracking is not showing anything on RM website to this day. On the korean post website it shows it arrived into uk on 26/03. I've opened a case via ebay as I think RM may have lost it or something. Will I be successful if I follow through with a claim or is eBay/PayPal likely going to side with the seller?

Bought a leather jacket through paypal (went outside of ebay for a cheaper price). Now I've received the jacket and its completely different to the one in his pictures and the Mr Porter link he used. He's refusing to refund me. How likely am I to win a PayPal dispute? I have all the correspondence and messages from him saying it was the exact one from Mr Porter and that he bought it from there three months ago.

Dont think youll be that lucky if it wasnt purchased through eBay itself. Dont see why they would open a dispute for you if you didnt finish the transaction through them - could be wrong.

Laughing out loud bit harsh.

If you paid him via paypal, then you can claim through them via the 'not as described' route. If it was gift, then I hope you enjoy your new jacket.
