Yep, week is standard as some sellers can only post at weekends.

Always the late payers and low ballers that want item sending same day and premium postage tho paid for cheap postage.

Stupidly sent a jacket I'd sold a few weeks ago whilst the payment was 'pending'. The buyer now has the jacket and the payment has been cancelled. Called up Paypal and they said it was a 'cheque' and it bounced.

He has the jacket obviously. Have I got any options? I can prove he's not paid, so will eBay refund me or do I just have to order a load of pizzas and be done with it?

I have his address, name etc

Nah - fuck that. If the seller can't even be arsed to have the common courtesy to reply just open a case on PayPal.

Two different buyers are yet to pay, both with hundreds of 100% feedback and no negative comments. Been waiting 6 days, how much longer do I give them until I cancel and re-list?

Seems to be happening more and more frequently now that winning bidders don't pay…

Find that asking people to pay as going to post office in morning then not sure when I will next be able to go makes most buyers pay quickly

Wanted a pair of white Vans authentics for holiday and saw a pair on eBay , bidded £20 and won - they'll do.

Shoes arrive and theres something well wrong with them, waffles soles like plastic and the heals got not support - so I mail the guy to claim they're fake, of which he denies claiming they were on display in a shop.

So I lift the sole as they're flimsy too, this is what I see:

Send him the pic and he shits it, credits me straight away and apologises profusely- saying he'd been given them and no way would he sell fakes.

Do I: leave it/grass on him/wear the fakes and slide all over the place on holiday?

LOL at well done for selling this item. Fucking ebay.
Yes I had this before - they said its a random thing that happens as part of ebay security - aka hanging onto your money for as long as possible.

Does anyone know who to contact with delivery queries when going via the Global Shipping Program? I've tracked my parcel from Kentucky to Manchester but now it's been out for shipping with shitting Yodel and now says 'delivered' when it clearly hasn't been and no note left. None of the tracking/order numbers work on Yodels website, so does anyone know the best way of proceeding?

I'm done with ebay, sold a pair of nudies and the cunts managed to get a full refund because they don't fit him, surely you take a punt buying second hand gear on ebay and sell on if it doesn't fit, Told him to keep the jeans, such a faff as a seller.

Was that the only reason he claimed for wanting a refund? I had that happen to me before but i won the case because id listed everything correctly and had no returns accepted

Sold a used but fully working iPhone to some cunt last week. They received it Thursday, left "amazing item" feedback on Friday, then filed a 'item not as described' eBay claim on Sunday evening. Despite admitting in eBay messages that the item was fine when received, they now claim the touch ID has stopped working and the screen has become unresponsive. Just like that.

I'm not gonna win this am I, despite the positive feedback and message admissions?

Am I right in thinking I have to refund them the original postage charge too, plus pay for their return postage?! I presume I will get my eBay final value fee and Paypal fee back at least?
