Sold an item through GSP and buyer complaining about slow delivery saying I need to sort it.

I sent item day after payment and it was delivered to uk shipping hub and now on way internationally.

Feel that is my bit done and any GSP complaint is between buyer and ebay now.

Thoughts?

Not your issue, once you've sent it successfully to GSP you can wash your hands of it.

Tell them that, (s)he will have to take this up with eBay as they are sending this to them.

Not identiacal but I actually did something similar. Ebay app froze on the phone and I was just kinda tapping/swiping trying to get it to respond then when it did, it turns out I’d accidentally bought (and paid for) a size UK3 pair of MMM cut out high top GATs in burgundy.

Thankfully returns were accepted so when I explained the situation and asked to cancel the seller accepted.

Moral of the story - maybe your ‘buyer’ isn’t talking shit. Laughing out loud

Haha Laughing out loud yeah I guess maybe! I refunded them anyway to avoid any hassle, but definitely one of the more out there excuses. Makes a change from ‘my kid accidentally bought it’ or ‘I don’t have that much in my PayPal account’.

Global shipping program has to be the worst thing to ever happen to eBay.
Bought something for $5 on the 3rd feb, they shipped next day, yet It’s still at the GSP depot.

Fucked up and forgot to go pick up an ebay parcel from the Argos collection point in time. Say they've sent it back but sender doesn't remember if he even put a return address on it.

Any idea what would happen to it?

Had an pair shoes up on BIN for several weeks without any offers.

This morning I've had 2 offers £2 apart 10 minutes apart and they're both from neighbouring towns in Devon.

Someone realising that they've used their mum's acc by mistake or am I about to get scammed?

Paid for something by PayPal then realised that it was a factory second and not new as described. Seller agreed to refund payment but then started messing about.

What's the best way to dispute this?

Open an eBay case saying you want to return it, should solve the issue.

Thanks mate but it's not an eBay sale. Seller hasn't sent yet and I just want him to cancel so unsure if I should jump in with a SNAD case as PayPal love to cancel claims if you don't get them right.

Help please FUK'ers

Sold new trainers on ebay think they went for 70 quid or thereabouts

Anyway they claimed they are "yellowed" so I said ok send them back.

They come back worn with scuff mark, soles are dirty so been worn outside plus a few other marks.

They have returned them and I have opened a case with ebay and have pictures of the soles before selling them.

Will ebay favour the buyer?

If they decided they were ok to wear out and now returning them where does that sit?

Thanks

Brian

Some buyers though….

Hermes have just admitted they have lost a £137.50 item I sent but no insurance compo as was on their long list of excluded items. Don't even get the cost of shipping back. WABOC

Quick google reveals I am not the only one.

RM only for me from now on for sub 2kg items.
