In cases like this it's best to phone into PayPal directly - you get a much better response rather than waiting for a response. You can then plead your case better.

I know they get bad press but have sent lots of stuff with them before without issue.

UPS are very good if you have an access point near you. Parcelforce or royal mail tracked and signed for international - Parcelforce is quicker and often cheaper than RM for heavier items. As Razor says, best to go through an affiliate for cheaper prices.

Use a broker like:
I use the above for UPS, FedEx and where the aforementioned aren't cost effective, Parcel Force. Never go direct, even with Parcel Force. Going through a broker will always be cheaper, especially when sending packages outside the UK.
If it isn't bulky or heavy, then Royal Mail usually does the job, but even then always Special Delivery or International Tracked and Signed For, when that's not possible, International Signed For (Tracked you won't get a signature and you'll be liable if things go awry).

Lol what is it with sellers sending stuff in a plastic bag cocooned in sellotape? Just buy a proper jiffy bag ya skin flints

Depends how much the item goes for.
If I've grudgingly accepted a lowball offer, you're getting a mummified binbag.

Haben sie ein pizza mit anchovies bitte?
Sold an item of clothing new with tags and stiching has come undone after buyer removed tags and wore item. It wasn’t like that when I sold the item.
Will eBay side with me if I refuse refund?
Feel my responsibility ends as soon as tags removed never mind item being worn.

Which is the best overseas parcel service nowadays? Haven't done much selling for a while but got loads of clothes to sell.
I used to use transglobalexpress (and choose UPS) but the prices have gone up a lot. Any other recommendations?

Usually Parcel2go is the cheapest out of the three, but sometimes Interparcel beats it on the bulkier parcels.

Purchased an item BIN but the seller messaged to let me know that the description was inaccurate so I replied saying that I didn't want it now.
The seller has relisted the item but my refund hasn't materialised. The seller is saying that "eBay has frozen the money".
What the fuck has this idiot done? When you click relist item doesn't that automatically send refund?
