This is my only concern really and with the way eBay favours buyers, you don't really have any recourse as a seller. As jplxx pointed out, it could be a genuine new user.
But the risk seems to outweigh matters.
Just use Vendi, the app or website, https://vendiapp.com/ They have staff verify every user and product so you don't need the ballache of ebay.

you also need to make sure you add her to the blocked bidders list. although sounds like you'll now become a target for her other accounts and her friend's accounts

Can't believe there isn't a decent alternative to eBay really, they side completely with the buyer, dealt with some right fuck nuggets on there recently. Every once in a while you'll get a complete nut job buyer like the one above.. smh.

Can’t believe you engaged with that eBay mentalist.
With people like that, I wouldn’t bother engaging and add to blocked bidder list. Getting a neg wouldn’t phase me either as you can stick a reply under it and most buyers will look at your overall feedback not some bollocks from a zero feedback bidder.
