i won a couple of supreme sweats for cheap - £40 ish each, and the seller has realised he has lost out big time and has refunded me my payment, is there a way i can force him into selling me the items? do i have any rights, i thought auctions were legally binding

They are a legally binding contract mate, and once you have payed, he is legally bound to sell you the sweats. Your payment is the consideration that makes the contract binding., as such he's in breach of contract. Is he a US ebayer?

Whats the code/script for inserting an image into your listing so that you don't have to pay ebay?

Thought this might be the best place to ask, the limit before you incur import tax is £34 isn't it (including postage), i'm not going to get stung for a £20 item am I?
