I've looked in my paypal at the transaction details and can't see anything…..am i looking in the wrong place or is he taking the piss??

Sounds like he's taking the piss. However, if he's just sent it Priority and not Express, it can take up to 4 weeks.

Click on the details link on the payment and a tracking number may be showing in there

had a look under transaction details and it says: Ebay Payment Sent (ID Number 1AF8……….), is this the tracking number?
also says it would have been sent via USPS first class international, is that standard rira?

Can someone help?, I ordered a Burton snowboard from the states and its been over 8 weeks. So I did the natural thing and filed a paypal complaint however, the guy has posted a tracking number from UPS. It only states that the item was sent and nothing else, so am I screwed from getting a refund otherwise it states Paypal are investigating.

Won something the other day and seller has been messaging me telling me he wont sell at the price I won at.
He said he's gonna re-list if I don't pay him more… not gonna happen.
I've now got an alert telling me he's making a claim to get his listing fees back… should I just agree and get this crap reseller of my back or should I disagree and state that he's unwilling to sell?
10 Mar 2008 14:04
Disagree FFS.
He's fucking you over by not selling and you're asking if you should go along with it to make sure he doesn't lose his listing fees fopr the auction he fucked you over on

Cheers, never really had any problems with ebay so wasn't sure if it was worth the hassle or not seeing as I've not paid.

Can you leave sellers negs now without worrying that they will hit you back?
10 Mar 2008 14:38
yep soon, sellers wont be able to neg buyers soon

My reply was probably a bit harsh, I forgot not everyone reads the eBay forums etc.
Basically if he reports you as a non-payer you can forward his mails to eBay t prove it was him. You could also report hi as a Non-perofrming seller, but again unlesss loads fo people do it is fairly meaningless. You can neg him but he'll probably leave one back, won't matter if this is your buying account though. Even if you got a non-payer "strike" it's completely meaningless, unless you get 4 or 5 a week or similar.
