I have just had notice on my paypal that having received more than 650.00 this year I have to re-verify by telephone and credit card. Anyone had this before? ^this is so true^
Yeh I had something similar a few years ago, apparently the money I had received in the space of time needed verifying, apparently to make sure I wasnt laundering money or something  my amount was £5000 though. Maybe thats cause its a business acct tho?
Its was nothing to worry about they just phoned with a code and I had to put it in.

Why was your listing removed?
Trademark infringement is unlawful and breaches eBay's policies. A trademark is a unique sign (such as a name, word, phrase, logo, or symbol) that a company uses to identify its products and/or services.
Using another company's trademark in a way that may confuse buyers about the source of goods or services, or confuses buyers into believing that the seller is affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the trademark owner is both illegal and against eBay's policies. Examples include counterfeits, unauthorised replica items and items that bear the brand or logo of a company without that company's permission.
Guideline: If the product you are listing bears the brand or logo of a company, but it wasn't made or authorised by that company, don't sell it on eBay. It's against the law to sell unauthorised replicas of brand name products. Accordingly, listings for unauthorised replicas are not permitted on eBay.

i send a lot of items out by royal mail first class recorded, nearly all these items arrive. When you go to track them a lot of them never get signed for, but i know they have arrived. Would i be able to claim for these items as im not really getting the service i paid for.

If you sell something with buy it now, is it uneasonable to expect immediate payment? The only reason I listed this way was for a quick sale. Still waiting for payment six days later. Could have got more money if I'd auctioned these jeans. Ebay buyer now reckons he's gonna pay today but I've found another buyer. Would it be fair to sell to whoever pays first?
When I bought something recently with BIN it would only let me complete the transaction after I had paid via paypal, there was no way out of it, I clicked buy it now and then tried to quit paypal and it said if I did the transaction would not be complete - didn't know you could do that
In hindsight, I should have ticked the immediate payment thing, but that then means the only payment method is paypal and I would prefer a bank payment, but still the next day. If paying by paypal there should be no reason why you don't pay straight away. I asked the guy why he didn't pay and he said he was on holiday and didn't have his paypal password with him
He's paid now anyway. I would have fucked him off for the other guy but the original bidder was in the UK and my backup buyer was in Australia so I had to take the twat's money
