AdWords is for PPC, not SEO. Are you going for a job and want to know if you should put it on your CV? PM me

Booked in for doing it later on in the year for work. Different tests for different reasons, wether working on site or professional visiting site. Test looks mostly common sense to me.

Yeah its common sense and you get ages, you can get a book to study, only complex thing is fire extinguishers what colour what type of fire.

I did the basic CSCS for working on site and as HW said the fire extinguisher bit is the only one that requires any real prior-knowing.

If you have any CSCS questions whether re: test questions, fire extinguishers, etc, which of the 48 cards to go for, anything just give me a shout. My team run CSCS training so pretty hot on it

anyone know what the options are for a UK citizen finding work in the US?

context - i've moved to NYC for work on an e-2 visa, initially for 6 months, but i've got the chance to stay here for longer (3+ years). what options does my girlfriend have on moving out here and finding work? her current employer in London doesn't have a US operation, so can't transfer. anyone know how the visa situation works/how best to play it?

Anyone here work in PR, I'm looking to submit a CV for a role but no idea how to tailor it.

So if anyone can get in touch that be great - if you work in fashion PR I'd also like to hear about your experience in the field.

Passed the cscs test for managers and professionals on Wednesday, really straight forward really. Recommend getting the book of test questions and working through that I anyone is planning on doing it.

Mate of mine phoned last night to say he has 2 job offers on the table. One in London touching 6 figures plus all the rest. The other near Leeds for 15K less…. pleased for him but also amazed he's done so well. What a great situation to be in. He's not 40 yet either.

An e-2 visa requires substantial investment in a US based operation doesn't it?

I believe only if you eventually got a green card could your girlfriend (the dependant) move over there with you as long as you can adequately support her. The only other option is get her to apply for and fork out for the Mountbatten programme, if she's unlikely to move with her job.

I'll admit now I'm jealous, would love another crack at it in NY. It's pretty much what all my future plans revolve around.

8 months after first accepting a job offer, I finally had my H1-B visa issued last week to start work in the U.S in a couple of weeks. Temporarily moving across the border for 6-9 months , then back to Canada once I have my Permanent Residency and commute across the border every day. Fun Times Cool

Timmbo - am no visa expert, but the only visa my wife could get to accompany me was an H4 visa, but with that one she can't work whilst we are there.
