been offered a new job, first reference from previous job has now come back. need to let my current employer know , anyone have any experience of doing this?
quite nervous about taking the new job too. its 2.5k payrise so would be stupid not too, however its for a big firm that i know have lots of reorgs so im a little worried about job security in the long run.
it may turn out that my current employer matches the wage increase, this is what im kinda hoping for.
any advice massively appreciated.

Re-orgs are a constant in my place ( global industrial ) and the bigger firms we deal with. I personally don't think it's any more or less secure than working for a smaller more stable place , though in my experience the larger employers have such a complex hr structure and application of employment law it's rare anyone is actually left jobless , more likely they are moved to another sector. That's only my experience though , I'm no expert .
I've got an interview for a Marketing internship for a fashion label in a few days.
Kinda want to ace it, but lack interview skills and experience - Any advice on how to prepare and the typical questions. (Obviously I'll utilise Google but want to hear from Fuk'ers experiences)

Thought this might be of interest to someone.
