Anyone got tips for online psychometric resources? Numerical / verbal reasoning focused.

Do lots of practice ones, preferably by the same company that will be doing the tests that you need to do. Percentages and percentage change are always asked about for numerical reasoning, so practice doing those sorts of questions accurately and quickly. SHL Direct do the Civil Service Fast Stream ones, as well as others and they have practice ones here https://www.cebglobal.com/shldirect/en/practice-tests

Worth also taking into account how they're marked, if negatively marked don't answer questions unless you're fairly certain.

Lord knows if we got any young fukers on here anymore but a decent intern gig at Adidas if you're into entertainment (I think better chance if you're grime, just my opinion). The amount of opportunities to network during this role is crazy.

if you've just graduated or have a decent amount of background work in 'entertainment'/'media' whatever they call it these days. Could be for you.
