Getting bored of being an unemployed graduate now. I've been looking around trying to find something but so far no luck.
After talks with a couple of FUKers I think an internship would be my best bet at the moment, but I have absolutely no idea how to go about getting one. I've searched through google and a couple of job sites but they don't turn anything up.
Does anyone know the best place to search for internships, or even better, do any FUKs work in marketing, advertising or PR and want to have a word with their recruitment divison to see if they've got anything coming up or if they know anywhere that does?

I spent the year since I graduated Uni going through the application process for the Police. Passed the entrance exam and fitness test, two interviews, vetting and all I had left to do was my substance misuse test and final fitness when I was told that recruitment was being frozen and July was going to be the last intake (I was told I was going to be August intake) Sad Being kept in a pool of candidates at the end of recruitment as well.

So now I've been looking about for something in Glasgow that's better than my current shitty Uni job I kept on and can't find anything. Might just start applying for graduate schemes at places.

Scotland in general is fairing a lot poorer on the jobs front. Glasgow looks to be particularly bleak. As I've said before, temp agencies are now only taking people with substantial office work etc.

Nightmare. I get 28.

I'm guessing it goes up the longer you're with the firm. If it's a really good job that you want, just take it.

Best - I work 39 week out of 52 a year + bank holidays
Worst - Pay is therefore pro-rata
