No. We're talking about quite severe or uncontrolled cardiovascular (CHD, anticoagulant therapy etc) or respiratory disease amongst the other high risk groups (cancer, immunosuppressive etc), not an otherwise healthy under 60-70 year old on a couple of antihypertensives.

Or it could take out small distributors/suppliers/retailers and just leave us with big chain stores and this becomes a reality https://youtu.be/0PSyiRXIEyc

Was reading that this thing is high risk for anyone on meds for hypertension, so that's circa 30% of male pop (?) and quite a sizeable % for females in the UK.

Both samples are small and likely underpowered. The mortality study with 52 patients didn’t show increased association hypertension - it’s not even mentioned. If people are worried that hypertension is associated with mortality then this paper doesn’t show it.
It shows that there’s a 23% odd proportion of people contracting this strain of covid in the other sample. This is at a prevalence of hypertension that’s plausible for baseline for a general population level at that age strata.
It’s a cross-section that doesn’t reveal anything about causality and the hypothesis about angiotensin receptors is speculative. I wouldn’t worry about mild hypertension x covid. What’s more likely is very severe cardiovascular disease heralding poor physiological reserve to survive. Agree with judgemelt.

Will be so funny if Milspex’s parents have left their money to a charity or something
Yep, then it will be even funnier when my probate lawyer gets their will overturned. All wills are easily contestable in Australia and living children always get theirs
SUck shit mum and dad!
