Fake news
FYI, more than 90% of Chinese in Italy come from Wenzhou area, in Zhejiang province, some 900km away from Wuhan\Hubei, and this is even more true for those working in the textile industry in the Prato area, near Florence.
Also, Italy stopped flights from\to China end of Jan\early Feb, people who went there for Chinese New Year are locked there (my neighbours flew there Dec 28th, still haven't seen them back here…)

This article says nothing about what you're stating about deaths stats, nor that Chinese people in Prato are from Wuhan.

Official figures, zoom in and have a look at how many cases have been reported in Prato, or in Lombardia (where most cases are, but not in the province where most Chinese live, Milan, rather in Bergamo and Brescia areas)

The Good Life.
Remember watching this as a kid and now I live where it’s set, although was never Filmed here.
I’m now worried about accepting a 90k loan as things are looking uncertain.
Any money people with a crystal ball have a view on how it might affect the financial and property markets in the short
And long terms ?
Read today that over 80% of the deaths in Northern Italy are Chinese residents (from Wuhan) who work in the textile industry up there making those fancy bags and were home for their New Years..

There's a good cpl of reports on here, this one highlighting the age groups with an increase in younger groups, mainly males, requiring ICU.
