I think so Lew. I got stung for £60 also. Can't believe they have the balls to come back so soon after so many people were left out of pocket. They should have at least thrown a free party for those who missed out on the refund. Good PR if nothing else.

That party in the woods looks really good.

Anyone else think Rockness has lost its vibe? The lineup looks like it will be shite this year. Do they just get the dreggs left over after the big festivals have booked everyone.

When did the price go up so much for Glasto? Or has it been this much for a while?

that is a ridiculous line up.
too much imo and will be crossover acts you end up missing.

Thing is it's so much more than just a festival - It's more like it's own city for a few days.

Cost wise, it has been going up every year by around £7. Bit of a piss-take but it's still worth it IF it doesn't piss down.

I'd like to see how much the Stones cost, not that they'll get 4 million each again.

I imagine their angle would be more of a case of opening them up to a whole new demographic of fans that wouldn't necessarily be into them before. Glastonbury would never pay close to their usual fee.

It definitely worth the money, it's a decent holiday with a ton of music to see!
The line up this year is mad, agree with Charles though there will definitely be some bullshit crossover acts Sad

That's standard for any good festival, crossover acts always happen. Knew about the Stones for a while, need to sort out my ticket for sure!

i meant crossover as in there's gonna be so many times when you want to see 2 or 3 acts playing at the same time.
10+ stages is too big.

Its definitely standard, and means you never have to hang around waiting for some one decent, and it's only a very slight moan, just sucks having to weigh up your options.
Yeah thats what I meant Charles, I can see how it could have been taken differently though Laughing out loud
