Heard a lot of good things about Bestival, dunno though mate, I'd just always rather prefer putting my money into getting out of the UK if I'm gonna reach a festival. Gottwood looked and sounded proper Cool though

I have a mate who I played football with as a kid and into youth who moved to London, he has been posting on Facebook about that lad and the fund raising night that happened the other day. He is one of the BNTL lot.

ThereĀ“s a great festival in Gothenburg next weekend, Way Out West. The line up is a little less appealing this year, but its still a great one. Will be fun. http://wayoutwest.se/

was @ voidfest.de this weekend.. not my music at all but was a really good atmosphere, they try to keep it small and relaxed but with big bands from this stoner rock, post hardcore genre. if anyone here likes this kind of music its definately something you should check out

Yeah that's fair enough, it's a no brainer if you live on the south coast but if you're going to travel may as well hop on a cheap flight to Croatia as get a train all the way down here, same reason I never reach WHP.

do you mean that it ended at 11pm? - It was fine, we headed to Trouw and Canvas for the after parties (there was a free shuttle-bus), was such a good vibe there too, would say 70% of all the people in the club were from dek, but you could have gone back to the camp site which loads of people did and there was always stuff going on around there.

They closed 3/5 of the arenas for 2 hours on the Saturday as there was an electrical storm coming in so had to close for health and safety, but that wasn't too much of a problem. Camping site was a 30 min walk away from the actual festival though, so that was a bit long. Other than that a really really good festival.
