That Tokyu Hands looks like a hand rendered and slightly altered version of XXII Sinoz DSP Extra Black IT from Doubletwo Studios.

Whenever I see this thread bumped I involuntarily imagine that ex-forum member Fontelroy has been diagnosed with an aggressive and incurable illness and that Fuk is rallying around to make his last days more bearable by helping him tick a number of fashion based activities off his bucket list. CSB

nah - seems like it's quite a small GUI that not a lot of people use, the only ones I could find were ones where you had to pay. So just created my own temp version. thanks though
