Tea for mum's birthday. What's the word?

Claridges? She likes art deco.

what's the clientele like at hawkesmoor spitalfields. meeting a friend after work tmrw, but just in the bar. would rather not turn up underdresed

I've always been smart but it's a relaxed atmosphere, reckon as long as you don't turn up in a pair of huaraches you'll be alright.

Been in there in a suit or in jeans and a t-shirt and felt equally comfortable, the bar is just the scruffy bit downstairs. Too dark to see anything anyway

Jackson+Rye Chiswick branch. Tried the fried buttermilk chicken and lobster, very decent.

went to Bird at bottom of kingsland road. pretty average and service was slow. Clutch loads better.

thought the chicken pieces were dece, wings alright. service good when i went but it was later on.

busaba could be alright for xmas party, plenty atmos, food decent enough

Clutch good yeah? Walked past it on the weekend on way back from Columbia Rd, looked nice

yeah foods great and got served by owner both times i went who was enthusiastic and friendly. relaxed atmosphere.
