The Persian Restaurant next door is decent too. Cheap and really good food.

i dont know if im an old cynic, but i had this horrible feeling all thru the show that there was no way ever that an old english establishment where everyone is white who works and eats there could of won that competition in this country.
not taking nothing away from the winner tho, that indian did look fucking sick and made me want to reach in the screen to grab every dish.
p.s who eats pudding in a curry house? how the fuck was he supposed to be able to make an award winning pudding when hes never cooked one in his entire life.

i know exactly what you mean and said it from early on 
to me the pheasants cooking was just straight topper all the way through and defo tonight as it was much more challenging in what they attempted to cook than what was a much more straight forward menu from lasan (not in a bad way)
plus with it being indian summer season on channel 4 from next week it had a good chance. should send an email to the daily mail about being a fix/racism involved
