I did some sit-ups yesterday.

Then I made 20 chocolate cornflake buns.

Perhaps I'm not an inspirational role model.

Started it today!

Food:

Breakfast (08:45) - Didn't have time to make porridge so I made do with an orange and a banana!

Dinner (1:00) - Left Dinner a bit late, had a Plain Chicken breast sandwich with tomatoes lettuce and cucumber.

Snack (4:00) - Had a banana and a mini carrot at a friends house

Tea (6:00) - Had chicken breast on a bit of flan and I'm about to have an apple

Supper (8:00) - I'm going to have a tin of tuna for supper! Oh the excitement!

Exercise:

Just about killed myself, absolute physical limit, I am so unfit it is unbelievable. Me and my mate Jogged up and down a mountain called Roseberry Topping (pictured below)

Gonna make this a weekly thing up that hill, I had a bit of help from mr Epehedrine though, boost me up!

Anyone else been grafting today?

Bloody hell that looks like a huge moutain?

My routine including today is pretty much

Porridge for breaky - somtimes toast.
Then a mixtuer of meals and sizes at 12 - 4 and 8.
Baked potatoes, brown rice, chicken, pasta, chopped veg, tuna, bananas and gallons of water. Has some sardines today they were nitce but to fidly with the bones wo wont have them again.

Cut out chocolate, but occasionally a small bar after a workout.
(saying this got talking to a lad at the gym yesterday, he has brad pit esq body and necks 3 choc bars a day?! His theory is the energy it gives him he uses to work harder in the gym? Go figure?)

Sadly i suspect the silence from the 6pack members club suggests a failed start by many?!

Nope, not so much failed…more not started.

I'll be there there or there-abouts by the end though.

I've got on a moderate start. Mainly on the running machine and situps. I don't eat that much so it's just the exercise I need to concentrate on.

Pretty slacking for me just need a wee more motivation. Though been playing 5-a-side a bit. Won the bottom league wahoo!

I can´t say i´ve got a six pack, but i do work out alot - go out running like five times a week (am gunning for a half marathon in the summer).

Or should i put it like this, i would never notice my six pack if it was there since i´m a furry fella. Nothing ape like, just the normal manly chest hairs going down all my belly and all the way down there.

So, what does this super gay thread think of body hair? Ok or totally off if you want to look you're best in the summer? And if not ok, how to take care of the situation?
