I did some sit-ups yesterday.
Then I made 20 chocolate cornflake buns.
Perhaps I'm not an inspirational role model.

Bloody hell that looks like a huge moutain?
My routine including today is pretty much
Porridge for breaky - somtimes toast.
Then a mixtuer of meals and sizes at 12 - 4 and 8.
Baked potatoes, brown rice, chicken, pasta, chopped veg, tuna, bananas and gallons of water. Has some sardines today they were nitce but to fidly with the bones wo wont have them again.
Cut out chocolate, but occasionally a small bar after a workout.
(saying this got talking to a lad at the gym yesterday, he has brad pit esq body and necks 3 choc bars a day?! His theory is the energy it gives him he uses to work harder in the gym? Go figure?)
Sadly i suspect the silence from the 6pack members club suggests a failed start by many?!

Nope, not so much failed…more not started.
I'll be there there or there-abouts by the end though.
same here. been really busy this week, but did a 12 mile walk in the hills on Saturday, so I'm not slacking too much
Cheers

I've got on a moderate start. Mainly on the running machine and situps. I don't eat that much so it's just the exercise I need to concentrate on.
Pretty slacking for me just need a wee more motivation. Though been playing 5-a-side a bit. Won the bottom league wahoo!
