its good not to be fat for obvious reasons,.. its way more healthy and its good to keep slim as slim normally means less fat blah blah…
but 6 packs are pure narcassism at its worst, unless you are one of these really natually skinny pussys to whom even though you can see it dont mean your healthy
its just sad if you really thinka bout it, why is it more attractive, ugly people just want them, and people who think it improvves thier face if they have one

denis yeah it does help alot, i used to play alot of football and get bad backs. Pysio said i needed to strenghted my stomahk musles. after a few weeks of focusing more on them the back problems went away
I think I speak for most joiing in here, we are not going on some crazy mouse portions diet,we just want to be feel that we look decent. Not just to get laid alot, but to feel good and healthy
Some just want to trim some pudge off to get rid of that bulge when wearing T shirts and other wasnt to go more hardcore and get a brad ptt stomach perhaps. Personally I would love the six "fight club" six pack, but would settle for just looking a little cut up.
