BB.com has it's moments.
Like the guy who carried his pee bottle about.
Then shit all over his dates bathroom.

Any pills or suppliments to get the abs out.

Nope, well not any that will benefit till you are 99% of the way there. Your diet cannot be as good as you say, the abs will show through usually last compared to the rest of the body. Work hard and get your diet correct.

I am down to 2000 cals on training days (1800 on non) for the last fortnight - no cheat meals either.

Getting cravings for things I never really had much time for.

Gonna make up for the last 2 months when I get to Italy, can't wait.

I'll get in on this.

Going on holiday in four weeks time and decided I wanted to shift the lard around my belly. I think I am doing well. Abs feel rock solid and are slowly beginning to peek. I'm 27 and physically I feel better than I ever have before due to a complete switch around in nutrition, careful exercise and weight training. My arms and chest have grown, my shoulders are looking a little fuller and my back is looking more ripped. Just to clarify as well, I'm not looking to get 'BIG', my aim with this was to get rid of the fat and put a bit of size on.

Before (Monday 11th June)

Today

Would be good to know your thoughts. Four weeks to go and then when I'm back, I continue. I will post another pic a few days before I go away.

Definitely look like you have shifted some weight fair play, maybe keep going as it is till holiday and come back and focus on getting some lean gains.

Cheers mate. That's my plan. I can force those abs out more in the next four weeks no doubt.

Good stuff on the fat loss, you've got a good foundation to build on when you get back off your jollies.

Add some vit c tabs in to your diet, they are a mild diuretic/antioxidant, they will help get the abs out with plenty of h2o.

When you get back pick something that interests you be it strength training, high intensity or crossfit etc.
You've obviously got the willpower to stick to goals Cool

Cheers canhoto. I take multivit and omega 3 daily, along with eating a varied 1750 calories daily over six small meals. I've cut out drink completely since June 11th too and replaced with water and green tea.

Fuck knows how I've managed it, but it's as they say when you begin to see results, you need it more and more and the main thing is I am really enjoying this lifestyle and make very sensible choices on eating. I also now love early morning HIIT!

Just be wary of becoming over obsessed. Especially with the scales/macros, saps the fun out of it!

Love HIIT, great for breaking plateaus and pushing oneself.
Make sure you warm up the hammies properly, can't count the amount of times I've pulled a hamstring Eye-wink

That's true. I have my cheat day(s) usually on weekend to give myself a bit of a reward Eye-wink

I was doing LISS for a good month and seeing results and then reached a plateau so replaced slowly with HIIT and things have kicked into gear again. About the injuries, fortunately haven't had one (yet) as I do warm up a good amount of time before I get going.
