Easy mate.

Stop doing the exercise, sounds like your form is off, most likely arms are too wide apart putting too much pressure on the delts. Switch to DB's.

Get a referral & look after yourself, there is only two muscles in the chest & all the presses work them…

My gym has a deadlift challenge this month with bodyweight on the bar, get a few months free membership if you win.

Not deadlifted in about 2yrs so had a pop yesterday (70kg on the bar), smashed out 20 reps.

Gonna aim for 30 or 40 by the Monday (deadline).

Expect you might need to do more than that bennelli not that's not good! U only 70kg tho..never would've thought u was lighter than me!

Can't deadlift hurt wrist…have to keep it neutral position for a while or not much pressure…focusing on getting squat heavier…160kg for reps by Xmas! And bit more bodybuilding style training! Until it heals

Hurt my elbow about 2-3 months back. It's fine with day to day things and there's no pain at all but as soon as I get under a weight such as bench press or use a dumbbell the pain shoots through my left elbow.

I've had about 5-6 weeks off so thought my elbow might've heeled but went to the gym last night and the pain came straight back on the first exercise.

Any ideas? I warm up properly too and have nearly halved the weight I was lifting previously. It's fine on back days where I'm only pulling etc. Just seems to be the pushing motion.

Didn't go all out as I've not done it in a while, but after having a look - yeah that's poor. Still not done the deadlift challenge, ended up doing the rum & ginger beer challenge that weekend! Going to deload for a few weeks so might have a proper pop at it.

Since quitting the cigs I'm sitting at 73kg, heavy for my height.

5kg in 9 days?!

Just eat clean foods - if I'm correct in saying you can only really put on 0.5kg of muscle per week.

Again someone correct me if I'm wrong but you want to be aiming for approx. per day.

Make your own Blackham

Mine is:

45g dextrose
20g bcaa
8g beta alanine
5g creatine gluconate

I drink a bit pre and sup the rest during.
Exceptional endurance, pump & focus.

I do a fair bit so all that isn't needed for you, tailor it for your own needs.

Just 2kg of muscle a month then? Only with creatine or some other extreme roid. You WILL get spots where you inject the 'tine tho.
