Does anyone else use Joylent? I've been on a full liquid diet (Joylent + whole milk + whey + creatine) for the past 3 months. I blend a days worth the night before so prep time plus washing up is about 10 minutes daily. I pay about £4.9 per day for 3270kcal, 40:30:30 macros split. Blended and chilled overnight, they taste pretty good actually.

Actually just read about it. Contains soy, we will swerve that.

So you haven't eaten solid food for 3 months? Surely there are body function implications to that, teeth etc…

Have to question the bioavailabity of a lot of it, they don't list the form the minerals are coming in - iron and magnesium oxides won't yield 100% of your RDA, especially not if you're mixing it with milk at every sitting. Stick to the beef and spinach aye?

Anyone buying a pull up bar and thinking of doing a home workout could do a lot worse than this.

Very good progressions for beginners but some tricky stuff later on.

Take it for what reason? I used to have a lot of it, but can't say I noticed any difference in anything. Also, will fuck your teeth up if you drink too much.
