Look at him why?
He was a fairly competitive national level bodybuilder before he became embroiled in synthol etc.
Whilst he was never Mr O material, he did very well with what he was given before going down a road many don't agree with. Even that being said, he seems happy with his physique which is more than can be said for 99% of the population - isn't that why anyone goes to the gym?

Omega 3 isn't exclusively from oily fish. Furthermore, the benefits of Omega 3 supplementation are practically unfounded.
Anyone that is seriously interested in nutrition and/ or supplements should do proper research - you'll soon realise that even health experts know very little because nutrition is extremely complex. The idea that we can all derive health benefits from consuming supplements using a one-size-fits-all approach, i.e 'you must take omega 3 and BCAA's' is silly.
The health industry is polluted with 'bad science'. The supplement industry especially and it should be obvious as to why.

I recommend two books. 'The Diet Myth - the real science behind what we eat' and 'Bad Science'.

If you have to supplement anything while having a surplus of food, you better begin to change your diet.
Visit a seminar on training methods and nutrition physiology and let someone who is qualifed enough teach you the princeples of being an athlete. Pushing heavy weights in the gym on some chemical nonsense while thinking you´re a tough guy is definitely not one of them.
