I don't do macros or anything like that, eat 4 times a day and try to be fairly consistent
had a lot of work on recently so not slept/ate properly for a month but getting back on it now.
essentially my meals are;
4x egg whites/1 eggs with coconut oil
bowl of porridge with one scoop protein and blueberries/raspberries
shake of kale/spinach/blueberries/3x teaspoon hemp seeds/1 teaspoon flax seed/ginger and carrot (thank the lord for a nutribullet)
post workout 2 scoop shake with peanut butter/grits/0% greek yoghurt and 1 teaspoon flaxseed
chicken/turkey/steak/salmon (whatever takes my fancy that day) with either brown rice or sweet potato and a handful of veg
same again for dinner and with another kale etc. shake
will mix it up at some point when I get bored. have a day a week when I might detour from the diet but try and keep it fairly healthy but if I eat shit I'll go gym and least work it off.
train 5 days a week, one push pull day and 4 splits (chest tris/back bis/shoulder legs/push pull and then whatever I feel weaker on I'll do twice)
my worst nightmare is basically having a body like sayword/c-stylez and looking like I've given up on life
