Long story short, I've been given a free kilo of Dextrose.

Would I be best taking this after my weight training but before I start cardio (I do cardio after weights) or after both? I usually do 15-30 minutes of high intensity cardio.

Same question with regards to my post-shake I guess, as I'd probably mix the dextrose with the shake?

Ideal - a 'true' 11% is fairly lean! How tall are you?

What's your plans diet wise to get to where you want to be?

6'3

I don't do macros or anything like that, eat 4 times a day and try to be fairly consistent

had a lot of work on recently so not slept/ate properly for a month but getting back on it now.

essentially my meals are;

4x egg whites/1 eggs with coconut oil
bowl of porridge with one scoop protein and blueberries/raspberries
shake of kale/spinach/blueberries/3x teaspoon hemp seeds/1 teaspoon flax seed/ginger and carrot (thank the lord for a nutribullet)
post workout 2 scoop shake with peanut butter/grits/0% greek yoghurt and 1 teaspoon flaxseed
chicken/turkey/steak/salmon (whatever takes my fancy that day) with either brown rice or sweet potato and a handful of veg
same again for dinner and with another kale etc. shake

will mix it up at some point when I get bored. have a day a week when I might detour from the diet but try and keep it fairly healthy but if I eat shit I'll go gym and least work it off.

train 5 days a week, one push pull day and 4 splits (chest tris/back bis/shoulder legs/push pull and then whatever I feel weaker on I'll do twice)

my worst nightmare is basically having a body like sayword/c-stylez and looking like I've given up on life

Good to see other fuk'ers who train. I'll come back end of year and quote you all and see who stuck to their goals. Laughing out loud

My training and dieting is being changed up at the moment with different goals in mind - nice to have a change.

3 plate deads for a set of 20 tonight.

See if I can crack out 30 reps before touching anything much heavier again.

Dextrose use intra workout. Currently on 100g of cyclic dextrin intra workout.

In terms of goals trying to grow enough to compete in classic bodybuilding class for 2017

What weight do you reckon you'll be? Can't remember the formula(s) in relation to height but they definitely lend to an 'old school' look.

(178.6 in height so they may round me up to 179cm)

It's height plus 6kg i believe so 85kg would be my limit I hit 13 stone 5 last year for physique so I already have the weight just need more maturity/definition plus I will need to diet/cardio harder I was about 2 weeks away from striated glutes before.

Pics are posted in this thread from around my comp. Calipers had me at 5% fat and was still dropping (slowly at that point, but still dropping) but I don't truly believe calipers anyway!
Reckon I was probably 10-12%

Does anyone know why Virgin Active is so damn expensive, was looking to join th eone in Broadgate, as it close to work and even with corporate discount they chraging £124.00 a month.

Fitness First is £52 a month with corp discount but everyone goes there so it's busy from ^am - 9am and then again at lunch time and in the evening.

Whereas Virgin is much less busy, and a nicer gym but the P'$ they charging, I can't justify paying that.

Wish Fitness First moved to the 24/7 model ala Pure GYm/Gym Group, would make life so much easier
