Right I've got 6 weeks to lose 2 stone.

Its biochemical impossible to do 5 HIIT a week for 6 weeks. The reason you win the tour the france is, because you heavily abuse drugs, which in fact, will have adverse consequences for your health in the furure. Your intention is stupid, not possible and fucked up. As fucked up as your health if you don´t stick to medical- scientific training concepts. didnt really know what I wanted, just went but then met a friends friend who took it fairly serious. friend that I went with dropped out for an injury and went with his mate and just followed his advice and took it more and more seriously. stuck in that mindset if I'm going for strength or just for overall look.
going to essentially see how I look at the end of the year and take it from there. my friend wants to compete though.

calorie wise yea, but if you really want to shred weight avoid it, makes you store more fat and avoid eating after drinking.
