Doubt you're at Kai Green levels yet mate so raw is still an option!
I've found the '66 cuts Fullcount, Warehouse etc do good for big quads.
Fit true on waist, roomy thighs with a taper, they aren't a skinny cut like the Vis though.

Sadly the thing with raws are not finding ones that can fit you..(no Kai) is finding ones that will fit you in 12 months…so I just go with washed

The common or garden ED-55 would fit the bill nicely

upper body joint injuries have kept me out of the gym for the last 18months plus and trousers are starting to get a little tight….
Looking at starting some HIT sort of stuff to kick some weight anyone got any good programs they can recommend?
Boredom of straight cardio is a killer with me so i need variety

Get back on the weights mate..you must be able to do legs…hack squat/leg press/v squat/leg ex/ham curl etc…u taking any anti-inflammatory..? Such as glucosamine or fish oil
I would imagine hiit would aggravate your joints more…thought about doing some boxing/bag work as cardio..?

I've already cut the bacon out bro. My cancer was playing up so I decided to cut back from 4 slices a day to 2.

I'm pretty much the opposite at the moment, trying to eat like a pig and put on weight. Really been struggling even with eating 4 meals and then stupidly high calorie meals.
Dropped down to around 190ish and been hovering around 200 for what feel like an eternity. Weighed myself today and I'm 206 at around 11% BF (6"2)
My main issues are my left shoulder, been trying to stretch/warmup but really does have mobility issues. Had a week off but didn't feel much better, although the pain has gone it still feels weird.
really been trying to hit that 225, don't think its ever going to happen :'(
