Doubt you're at Kai Green levels yet mate so raw is still an option!

I've found the '66 cuts Fullcount, Warehouse etc do good for big quads.
Fit true on waist, roomy thighs with a taper, they aren't a skinny cut like the Vis though.

UES 400T is by far the best cut for big quads.

Sadly the thing with raws are not finding ones that can fit you..(no Kai) is finding ones that will fit you in 12 months…so I just go with washed

That's the thing.. I sized up on some acnes last month and its already getting tight, even with the stretch. Work trousers etc all need replacing. Not Kai Green at all, but feels great to be growing.

Ubercool epic fades spitfire

upper body joint injuries have kept me out of the gym for the last 18months plus and trousers are starting to get a little tight….

Looking at starting some HIT sort of stuff to kick some weight anyone got any good programs they can recommend?
Boredom of straight cardio is a killer with me so i need variety

Get back on the weights mate..you must be able to do legs…hack squat/leg press/v squat/leg ex/ham curl etc…u taking any anti-inflammatory..? Such as glucosamine or fish oil

I would imagine hiit would aggravate your joints more…thought about doing some boxing/bag work as cardio..?

For tendonitis look at isometric holds or even occlusion training though this only works for limbs so legs/arms.

You can still train just not with exercises that cause the injury to flare up

Great podcast on that very subject above.

Also good anti inflammatories are turmeric/curcumin (herbal/natural) though check you have no gall bladder/ liver issues before taking

Update, not much difference. I definitely feel bigger so know Ive put on some muscle, gone up from 190lbs(86kg) to 203lbs(92.1kg). Carrying a bit less BF too but haven't made enough of a change in my food quantities yet. I just like eating too much at the moment.

Just changed my split as well, doing push/pull/legs/off see how it goes. I got 3 days in then broke my toe. I feel my previous standard split was getting boring and I just wasn't that into it anymore.

I've already cut the bacon out bro. My cancer was playing up so I decided to cut back from 4 slices a day to 2.

Ok, currently 91.6kg (201lbs) so virtually same weight as last pic. After the last pic I intended to cut my food but the opposite happened and I actually went up to 94.8kg (209lbs, almost 15 stone) which is heaviest I've ever been in my life probably. It's only been in the last couple of weeks I managed to get control of my portions and stopped eating like a pig. I can feel a different, and see one now looking at the last pic. No sign of abs back yet though. Been consistent with the gym, making progress every week. Haven't been able to do much cardio because of the toe, gonna start more this week though.

I'm pretty much the opposite at the moment, trying to eat like a pig and put on weight. Really been struggling even with eating 4 meals and then stupidly high calorie meals.

Dropped down to around 190ish and been hovering around 200 for what feel like an eternity. Weighed myself today and I'm 206 at around 11% BF (6"2)

My main issues are my left shoulder, been trying to stretch/warmup but really does have mobility issues. Had a week off but didn't feel much better, although the pain has gone it still feels weird.

really been trying to hit that 225, don't think its ever going to happen :'(
